Wine Tourism
In the area of the winery there are organized visits and guided tours with tasting of all the wines of the estate as well as social – cultural events. Also in Vravrona we have a small wine tourism facility on the sea where the visitor can spend his holidays all year round enjoying the wines of the Estate “Evinos”.
The reception of the visitor takes place in the large decorated room, while then it is led to the basement where the wines are resting. At the same time, there is a tourism unit on the beach of Artemida where travelers can get know the history and sights of the area while tasting the estates fine wines.
Meet our winery
At Attica land of Spata, Domaine Evinos continues the wine making history of Stavros Koulocheri’s Family since 1888 when their wine arrived in Athens’ and Salonicas’ market.
The philosophy of the winery originates from nature, simplicity, and timelessness, elements that characterize the Attic Land that hosts the vineyards. It is a small winemaking unit, but it is fully equipped for the winemaking of the excellent quality grapes of the vineyard. The layout of the production line is such that allows the must to be transported by natural flow without oxidizing and suffering, while most work in the vineyard and winery is done manually and with personal work by the producer Stavros Koulocheris.
Meet our vineyard
The 78 acres of privately owned vineyards are divided into two sections. The first belongs to the long and narrow plots of land typical for the Mediterranean region, which are located in the area of Spata and in Metochi Keratea. In these small plots that have been carefully cultivated for at least 50 years the cup-shaped vineyards of Savvatianos, the heart of the estate beats.
In the second unit belong 25 acres of open vineyard in Ampelochori, Boeotia with the French red varieties
